Question

Hi. I’m male, 42, in shape and healthy. I’m curios about male nipple enlargement. Mine are totally normal but I want a significant protrusion and weight in the nipple/areola. Pushing outward from my chest roughly an inch or two. Interested in both temporary and long term possibilities. Is this altogether possible? With filler or implant? This isn’t part of any trans process, just a personal interest of mine. Thanks!!!

Moderate enlargement can be achieved with nipple augmentation using local tissue in the form of local flap(s). Filler would create some enlargement but not of the kind you seem to have in mind. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon familiar with nipple surgery/reconstruction is recommended. Good luck.
