3 years post op from my breast lift + aug. There was a significant shape + size discrepancy between my breasts. The right was the larger, droopier breast and needed a lollipop+anchor lift. The left, was the smaller breast which was given a donut lift. Since there was less tissue on the left breast the surgeon put in a permanent suture. I dislike the puckering around that areola when it's relaxed. My surgeon said they could remove it, but the areola can spread. Any advice is appreciated.Thank you

It appears that you have inverted nipple. Usually reason for that are short and dysfunctional milk ducts. Surgical correction may help. In person consultation with a plastic surgeon with experience in this problem is recommended. Good luck.
I see two issues here: 1 Nipple effacement - your left nipple does not have the projection that you would expect. This is easily corrected under local anesthesia.
