My nipple seems to be split in half and feels like it has separate milk ducts (is that right?) going to the same place. My other nipple used to be inverted but became flat over time. I’m young but in every photo I’ve seen similar to my split nipple, it belonged to a woman who gave birth or was pregnant. Is this ok and what will happen when I have to breastfeed? What surgeries can I have to correct this??

I see two issues here: 1 Nipple effacement - your left nipple does not have the projection that you would expect. This is easily corrected under local anesthesia.
