How to make eye area +more masculine and remove UEE + hollow eye area? (Photo)

Question

I've been trying to find a solution to bring the eyebrows closer to the eyes for a more masculine/hunter eye look, compared to what I have now, as well as to reduce eyelid exposure. As seen in the pictures and X-ray, I have large orbitals and no brow ridge , which I believe are the problems. Many doctors say supraorbital implants are dangerous, and I was wondering why that is and what the alternatives are. Thanks!

You have profound compensatory eyebrow elevation because you have significant upper eyelid ptosis due to a central levator disinsertion or partial disinsertion. The upper eyelid ptosis causes your brain to signal the forehead to elevate the eyebrows in an effort to open the eyes. Repairing the upper eyelid ptosis will allow the frontalis muscle to relax and is generally associated with a relaxation of the eyebrows decreasing the space between the eyelid margin and the eyebrows. I find the use of orbital rim implants to be too much for many and clearly the surgeons you are speaking to do not understand the importance of repairing your upper eyelid ptosis.  There is no substitute for a detailed in person assessment.

You have a brow ridge evident on your photo and x-ray.  If you want your eyebrows down, the answer is botox.  I do a lot of brow surgery.
