How much does ear lobe repair cost in San Francisco vs Los Angeles?

I live in the greater San Francisco area and am traveling to LA in a few weeks. I would like to know what the going rate for ear lobe repair is in both areas in 2024. My ear gauges are not very large. I am looking to do the surgery within the next month but would like to price shop and compare costs within cities. I am looking for the price for both ears.
