i had a revision rhinoplasty and septoplasty in an extensive reconstruction of my nose. separate from functional issues, i had a crooked bridge, severe asymmetry, and severe nasal resection. though discussed as a main concern, the high arches in my nostrils were not repaired in my extensive revision surgery. is there a way to address this without a third open rhinoplasty? thank you.
