I had a revision a few months ago. And I feel like since we made the nostrils smaller and the tip less bulbous, I'm not used to my nose looking so small. I know it takes almost 18months for final results, but I sm already counting the days for a 3rd operation. In your opinion do you think I will require a cartilage graft? Should I get one? Any predictions on healing? I have post surgery blues, not sure if it's just me having a smaller nose as I dreamed and adjusting to a big change. Or require
