Original otoplasty left ear sutures popped and ear stuck out (see prev post/pic). Recently had revision surgery on ear (mustarde and concha bowl reduction). Looks as if I have telephone ear and no antihelixfold was created (see pics). Ear is pinned back but shaped unnatural. Will the fold become more prominent as swelling goes down or is correction needed? Also is this telephone ear? Of course will ask surgeon but want other opinons.
