Have I torn my tummy tuck stitches when I vomited? ( 13 days post op)

I am 2 week's post tummy tuck and i have unfortunately vomited. I instantly have a sharp pain on my left side ( between my belly button and side). I can pin point the exact area and there is a slight burning sensation, but i cannot see any leaks / lumps. With thanks T

There are different approaches to this but in my opinion the best treatment would be debribement and treatment of the seroma at the same time.
