Hi: I believe I have a weak/receding chin and jaw, an excess of chin and neck fat (which bundles up whenever I lower my head), as well as overbite/overjet in the teeth. (I've had braces as a teen but the results have not been satisfactory). I am in my late 20s, in good health, body type athletic/skinny except for a chubby chin/jaw. Would genioplasty and necklift be the best course of action here? I would like to have a more defined jaw line as well as fixing the overjet Thanks so much!!!
