Am I having a serious reaction to Juvederm Vollure?

Hi and thank you for your question! The symptoms you describe are quite systemic and highly unlikely to be related to localized injection of Vollure. There is possibility of allergic reaction to a component of the filler, but even that is not expected to be long lasting and fit the picture you described. I recommend seeing an Internist to be checked and do some work ups and rule out other medical conditions. I hope it helps and good luck!

formal exam in the office where I can view the skin in multiple angles. However,
I hope the information provided here is useful.Some patients become lightheaded during treatments. This is called a vasovagal response and is treated rather easily by taking a break, lying down flat, and drinking fluids such as orange juice. Usually the treatment may be resumed after a few minutes. The other symptoms described are not associated with filler treatments and are best addressed with a general physician.Please

I'm very sorry to hear that you're not feeling well after your recent Vollure treatment.  It's difficult to make exact recommendations without assessing you in person.  That said, generally speaking, Vollure and other hyaluronic acid fillers are not associated with the type of symptoms you are describing.  I would recommend that you follow-up with your primary care physician to discuss your symptoms and for a thorough evaluation.  I hope you feel better soon!
