Thank you for sharing your question and I am sorry to hear of your poor experience and current outcome.  Your extent of bruising is certainly more than typically encountered with lip injections, including any that come from below the lip, and will take several days to weeks to fully resolve.  Though I can not verify without physically touching your tissues if your lumps are due to swelling or filler, I would advise some patience to allow your results to mature and would recommend cold compresses to your lips, sleeping with your head slightly elevated, and using oral/topical arnica and bromelain to help speed your healing.  If little improvement is seen then have the excess material dissolved. Hope this helps.

Judging by this picture the filler was not injected correctly. There are multiple irregularities, asymmetries and lumps that are clearly visible. My suggestion would be to immediately dissolve everything and have the injections done by an experienced and well-trained physician.

lost volume in and enhance the appearance of the face.It is difficult to make an assessment without a
formal exam in the office where I can view the skin in multiple angles. However,
I hope the information provided here is useful.After any injection such as fillers or Botox their is a risk for pain, bleeding, bruising, swelling, redness, tenderness, and infection. Bruises usually resolve in one to two weeks. In our office we treat bruises with a laser as early as the next day. After such a treatment bruises usually resolve in one to three days; however they could still last a full two weeks, or sometimes longer. Some people use topical or oral arnica to expedite this process. Additionally swelling is normal and can also last for approximately two weeks, at which point the final results are seen. I advise my patients to apply cold compresses such as ice packs and sleep on an extra pillow if not uncomfortable to reduce the swelling. For these reasons I advise my patients to avoid such treatments for two to four weeks prior to any special event.Please consult with a doctor for specific
