I want Kybella on my pubic fat pad to reveal more of my penis' shaft. Is there danger that the sodium deoxycholate could cause my penis to shrink if it gets in contact with the penis tissue?

Does unopened Kybella work even if it expired in 2017?

I believe the expiration date has more to do with the sterility of the product rather than the effectiveness in most cases. So, expired Kybella may still be effective but it may no longer be sterile.
