Can you advise on Kybella and lymphoma?

Question

I have not been diagnosed yet but I am very close to finding out after a lymph node surgery because I have been having several lymph nodes enlarging on my neck for a couple of months. I am thinking about using Kybella soon for my double chin, does the Kybella affect any of this or maybe the draining of the fat?

Kybella typically takes 3 to 5 treatments to work. This is why I've stopped carrying Kybella in my office. I recommend neck liposuction more often then any injectable procedure for the neck now. It provides superior results gives me more control over the area than any injectable. It also costs about the same as what you paid for your first kybella session. The liposuction can be done under local while awake in the office and recovery is about the same as kybella. However, you should be sure that you don't have lymphoma prior to any elective procedure.

Having a few lymph nodes that you can feel on the neck is not all that unusual but if there is a change or there are numerous lymph nodes involved then you should get this assessed.

Personally I’m not a fan of chemical fat distraction because it is inferior by every measure to liposuction.

If there are potential medical issues those should always be dealt with first.
