Grey color skin after high SMAS, forehead lift, neck lift, and lower eye bags removal, 22.5 days post op. Advice? (photos)

Question

I had my surgery on July 23 and today is 22.5 post op I am also looking for a post op plastic surgeon anywhere from San Jose to San Francisco to do this for me. Surgery was don in Taipei , Taiwan. Doctor told me the grey skin is caused by excessive stretching of my thick skin to get the same result of non Asian people.

It’s not unusual to have bruising for up to a few weeks after facelift surgery. Sounds like you had multiple procedures done. I would just be patient and await further improvement. From the photographs you look like you’re making progress. Follow up with a local surgeon if you’re concerned about something specific. I wish you the best.

It simply looks like you have had extensive bruising which is slow to resolve. Although uncommon it can occur after multiple combined procedures. Best just to wait for it to resolve and keep in touch with your surgeon.
