I was wondering if there are any non surgical options to reduce the forehead, such as hair growth treatments that would help lower the hairline? Thanks!

You can make a wide forehead narrow with a hair transplant surgery much like how you can lower a hair line.

See your doctor for a follow up on what your doctor may recommend.  There are few options:  You can transplant hairs to the scar as well as have Scalp MicroPigmentation (SMP) to diminish the hypopigmentation on the scar.

This can be done at any age with parental consent before 18. However, you do not have an obvious deformity so I would wait until you are mature to divide if this is what you want.

There are many factor used to determine if a hairline lowering procedure is appropriate such as facial 1/3 measurements, position of the hairline, etc..  Taking these measurements in the office and discussing them with the surgeon can be very helpful in understanding what is going on. ...

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. In addition, a face to face doctor's exam is likely worth more than words.  Many thing are possible in cosmetic surgery so without an exam the answers are all hypothetical. A prominent forehead you describe may mean you have a high forehead...
