I was wondering if there are any non surgical options to reduce the forehead, such as hair growth treatments that would help lower the hairline? Thanks!

Answer: You cannot have a forehead reduction without having surgery.

It might be worth revising the entire scar with a 2 layered closure so there is no tension on the skin itself. There should be no attempt to make multiple small sawtooth incisions if they were done before since you have dark skin. If scars widen again, hair transplants and micropigmentation...
This can be done at any age with parental consent before 18. However, you do not have an obvious deformity so I would wait until you are mature to divide if this is what you want.
