Can a facelift address my enlarged pores due to a peel? (Photo)

Colleen00
Ten years ago I had a salicylic peel that enlarged my pores and made my skin look very, very bad. I was 21, now I'm 31. When I tug even slightly on my skin, my skin is smooth, perfect. The pores visually vanish. I attached a picture I took 10 years ago of my tugging on my skin - before/after. So, can I have a minor facelift to pull my skin slightly? I won't do any further acid and/or laser treatments.
