How can I get my dream of wider hips? Please help

The patient - who had a large abdominal area, small buttocks, and narrow hips - expressed a desire to enhance both her buttocks and her hips.Liposuction alone can narrow the waist and make the hips appear to be wider, but fat injections can also be made directly to trochanteric fat pad.All of us have genetically determined areas where our bodies store fat. That pattern of fat storage is what gives us our shape. Thank you for your question. Without pictures or an exam it is rather hard to give you specific advice. For patients that want a fuller profile in their hips, sometimes fat grafting can be an option. Unfortunately, those patients who do not have fullness in those areas often do not have much fat tissue to donate for grafting. Only with a consultation and exam can someone discuss with you what options might be available to you.
