Is it possible to fix a nasojugal groove?

Hello, I was watching Korean TV about 10 years ago and a plastic surgeon was talking about how to fix nasojugal groove. His idea was instead of filling he takes out fat between nasojugal groove and naso labia fold to make the area even, flat and smooth without any border. What is your opinion? Thank you as always!
