Thread lifts are no longer done because they are ineffective and complication-prone.  Fat transfer is done and needs to be done by an experienced injector particularly in the face.

This may be due to fat atrophy or cellulite in the area.  Fillers, fat and/or cellulite teatments like subcision/cellfina would help.  There are also devices like velashape and venus legacy that may help.  Best, Dr. Emer.

If there is parental consent and a reason for transfer, I dont see why it cant be performed.  although, most 15 year olds are not needing fat transfer.  best, Dr. Emer.
