Hello! The national average cost for lower lid surgery is just under $3000, not including sedation and facility fees. Fat transfer is another $2000 or more. However, many surgeons would not advise fat transfer to the lower lids- the eyelid skin is the thinnest skin on the body and can show permanent lumps. Fillers such as Restylane are an alternative depending on your anatomy. Photos should have consistent position, consistent lighting and be the same distance from the camera. Finally, the cost of the procedure will be based upon the time spent in the OR.
