Coolsculpting error code Z426-382? (photos)

This code indicates there was an interference during treatment. Address your concerns with whomever you had the treatment with. 

As a safety feature the devices come programmed to halt treatment if the device senses something abnormal. It could be related to the power coming into the device, the temperature of the applicator, or if the vaccum was lost, or any other number of issues. My best recommendation would be to go to coolsculpting.com and call the company and ask what the code means and what its impact would be on treatment and then call the practice with the information you receive. If this error code occurred during your treatment, the CoolSculpting machine would actually turn the cooling off, essentially ending the treatment.  This is a built in safety feature on the machine that prevents side effects.  If this error was not noticed until the end of your treatment, most likely the last half of your treatment was not effective.  Typically, if this, or other errors, occurs before 50 minutes, the treatment needs to be repeated.  I would discuss this error with your provider, so she can address your concerns and make sure you received a full treatment.  Hope this helps!

For all the suction based applicators, Zeltiq determines a full treatment to be 50 minutes long. If the treatment stopped before the 50 minute mark, the patient will need to be re-treated.
