I would not trust any device manufactured as a knock-off of the CoolSculpting device by Zeltiq. The technology involved in delivering the treatment is highly sophisticated, based on extensive research carried out over many years and at great expense, and proprietary, such that anyone trying to replicate it is shooting bullets in the dark, so to speak, in hopes of making some easy money. In addition, the CoolSculpting device is the only device that has FDA-approval. I have not seen data supporting the efficacy or safety of any other cryolipolysis device.
I don't know anything about the Coolslim. I do know that it is not FDA approved and Zeltiq goes after doctors using any devices that infringe on their patent. This will likely be shut down. Stick with Coolsculpting, it works and has a ton of research and safety behind it.
