Could something like coolsculpting or crysurgery treat Gynecomastia? Can the cold kill glandular tissue? not worried about fat.

Coolsculpting works well on male breasts if the tissue is fatty and not fibrous.  Go to a board certified plastic surgeon to determine if you are a good candidate.
