Circumferential Arm Lipo (Photo)

I would be reluctant to perform an arm lift for you - you don't have a substantial amount of skin excess and you do have a fatty appearance along your arms. With your skin type, a brachioplasty scar will be quite visible. My suggestion would be to perform tumescent liposuction of the upper arms - this would include the inside, sides and back of the upper arm, and include the 'front bra roll' and axillary region as well.

Thank you for the question and photos. You are a great candidate for liposculpting of your arms with the VASER technique. I personally, like to define the deltoid muscle, the triceps and remove fat from the upper posterior arm, medial arm and above the elbow. This technique will cause skin tightening, and most likely you will not need an arm lift. Check out my social media, this is a bread and butter procedure for me.  I do VASER hi definition contouring and often use the fat from these areas to shape other areas of the body.  You want this type of procedure to get the most skin tightening and contouring as opposed to traditional methods that do just fat removal.   Please see an expert.
