From your photo, it appears that you will benefit by losing weight before having liposuction or a tummy tuck. Patients who undergo either of these procedures while they are overweight do not achieve the results they have in mind. Anyone undergoing a procedure wants the best result. When you have extra weight you will only have modest improvement. (Weight loss will probably affect breast implant size as well.) Besides making you thinner, weight loss will also make you HEALTHIER.
