Had Botox and Radiesse 4 days before CT scan. Would the radiation from the scan affect my results or how long the filler lasts?

There would be no issue in having fillers (or Botox), followed by any sort of airplane travel even immediately after the treatment.

I think you'd benefit from some tear trough filler, but also you might consider some PRP/microneedling. Your dermatologist can also guide you about using the right creams/serums under your eyes to improve hydration and help with the fine lines and darkening to some degree.
