I recommend following up with your injector about their policy for refunds. It will vary to the practice's discretion. Keep in mind, a combination approach will give the most improvement. Fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. We use PRP and stem cells there often. Hey there - I would make an appointment to see your original injector to see what they suggest, sometimes if you can go through your pre treatment pictures with the post treatment ones you can have your concerns addressed and hopefully they will be able to rectify the problem for you.

Everyone has different policies.  I will generally correct it at no charge until the patient is satisfied.  If that means removing it then re-doing it, I will do that.   Otherwise, a credit for other services is reasonable.
