Blepharoplasty and von Willebrand. Is it too risky?

I am interested to have a blepharoplasty and possibly a facelift too. I have a mild-to-moderate von Willebrand disease which requires replenishment with coagulation factor VIII, using Hemate or desmopressin, starting at the time of the surgery and continuing for up to 5-6 days post surgery. I want to know whether this is risky and what is the clinical experience with facelift and blepharoplasty in von Willebrand patients. Thanks a lot in advance. any advice is most precious.

Based on the info that you provided, it would be best if you see an ophthalmologist to make sure that the diagnosis is established and correct treatment is recommended.

Your lower eyelids have been compromised by the transcutaneous lower eyelid surgery.  It is true that the fat remove was not ideal.  However, your issues are far beyond that.  The lower eyelids are vertically short and have actually pull the lateral aspect of the upper eyelids...

You can make your eyes appear bigger with make up and brow positioning which they will do for you in any good department store. You need no surgery of any type.

High amounts of thyroid hormone can cause the eyes to bulge by causing lid retraction of the upper and lower eyelids as well as cause accumulation of fat around the eyes causing them to bulge...

You seem to be describing a problem that we repair by elevating and tightening the corner of your eyelid (canthoplasty).  Please see a surgeon with expertise in lateral canthoplasty.
