I have down-turned eyes. My outer corners droop downwards and people always comment that I look sad or tired. You can always clearly see the pink of my eye socket and there is a gap between my eye and the skin of my face and I really dislike it. Before I think about a consultation I was wondering if it is even possible to pull the outer corners of my eyes upwards to get rid of the down-turned effects like in the attached photos? Is there any surgery that could do this? Thanks!

It may be related to hollowness. An analogy is: letting air out of a balloon causes it to deflate with "wrinkles". That can be improved by filler or fat injection. See an oculoplastic specialist for evaluation.
