What would you recommend making my eyes larger and more appealing?

You can make your eyes appear bigger with make up and brow positioning which they will do for you in any good department store. You need no surgery of any type.       

That type of picture makes it very hard to assess precisely what your needs are.  Looking down is not the same as looking straight ahead and that is the position of the eyes when we interact with other people.  In down gaze, the under eye circle looks bigger.  It is interesting that in these photos, you are not wearing a stitch of make up.  So one thing that you might consider is learning how to best use eye make up to enhance your natural beauty.  This does not have to be particularly elaborate.  Simple things are very helpful and it will immediately make the eyes more dramatic and larger.  It does not require any surgery or expensive injections and at the end of the day you wipe it way.  One other thing to consider is careful brow shaping.  Again this maximizes the appearance of the eye area without surgery.  Try those things first and stay away from eyelid surgery.  I do not think you need us yet and if people in your like are telling you that you are not beautiful, get rid of them.  Find people who appreciate your natural beauty and the person you are.

First, I want to start by saying that you have beautiful eyes.  While you might be able to find someone who would be willing to do eyelid surgery for you, based on your pictures with only minimal puffiness or extra skin of the lower lids, I would strongly recommend against it.  The only thing you may wish to consider might be some botox into the lower lids which can relax them slightly and give your eyes a larger appearance, but I would caution you to only go to a very experienced injector who has done this sort of thing before.  But overall, you look great and you are years from needing eyelid surgery based on your pics.  Best of luck!

First of all, you are beautiful and have very pretty eyes.  I do not recommed surgery for you at this young age. You can try using a good undereye concealer and eye makeup to improve the eyes appearance.  Eyebrow shaping can also help to open up the eyes.  

You have beautiful eyes and no need for any treatments. You can improve your eyes with makeup. The other think that can help is shaping your eyebrow.
