I was told by my doctor that he can graft up to 400cc to each breast (since I'm slim) which 200cc of it would be permanent. Would 200cc in each breast really make a difference that's worth doing a full body lipo for $14K?

Answer: Fat transfer Dear bebemodo,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. 200cc should provide slight increase in size. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MD Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

Answer: What does a 200cc fat transfer to breasts look like? Photos or an exam would be helpful in replying to your question. Without knowing your anatomy, your current breast size, and your ultimate goal, it is impossible to tell you if harvesting fat for a 400 cc (200cc survival) transfer to the breasts is worth the investment. The fat transfer could improve the fullness of the breast, particularly at the top.Kenneth Hughes, MD, Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA
