Small dent: can you increase bridge height there only 1 mm with diced cartilage? (Photo)

Hi I have a small DENT on the middle third of the bridge of the nose (see GREEN arrow) that really worsens my front nose view, creating the illusion of an inverted V deformity. From side on (90º deg view), it is only about 1 mm down from a straight line. Yet this 1 mm of lower bridge height at the DENT makes all the difference. Can 1 mm be cautiously raised with diced cartilage? How precise is that for very small dents? Will diced cartilage feel natural to the touch? I need to solve this for mental health and move on and I´m not sure fat grafting would give long term definition with sunglasses sitting there for decades to come.
