I also have had trouble breathing ever since I had my primary rhinoplasty. I can only breathe out of 1 nostril at a time and the side that I can breathe out of switches constantly. My breathing was perfect before the surgery. Can you tell by the photos if I have a deviated septum? Please help me. Thank you.
