I got a septorhinoplasy last year and it came out good except that there is a little bump on my 3/4 profile and when meeting up with my ent he explained that he will shave down the nasal bones and not the septum. Will this make my nose change from the side profile? Also will it make my nose skinnier by a lot cause I don’t really want to make it any skinnier. Lastly can you shave down just the nasal bones and not the septum and if so does anyone have a video or a picture of a before and after
