Over extracted bridge and nostril flare, can I achieve my goals? (Photo)

I had a rhinoplasty that left one side of my bridge with a poly beak appearance and flared nostrils. Can I widen one side of the bridge? Also can grafts be placed to help with flare and lower my nostril? I already have too much space between my lip and nose.

You can make it wider with fillers (non permanent) or rhinoplasties can also be performed to enlarge the nose with cartilage grafts.

Hello! First of all thank you for your question. Regarding the photos a revision rhinoplasty looks possible for you. Your breathing issue can be fixed with the revision. Anyway cartilage reconstruction may be needed for the tip refinement.Awaiting for your answer to give you more information :)
