Question

I had a rhinoplasty that left one side of my bridge with a poly beak appearance and flared nostrils. Can I widen one side of the bridge? Also can grafts be placed to help with flare and lower my nostril? I already have too much space between my lip and nose.

It is possible - in the hands of a skilled surgeon - to widen one side of the bridge and lower flared nostrils by doing a revision rhinoplasty.

Revision rhinoplasty is more difficult than a primary rhinoplasty, so much more information is needed, such as your previous operative reporton your nose, a full set of facial photographs from all angles, and make sure that it's been at least one year since your previous surgery. The nose is a three-dimensional structure, and revision rhinoplasty is performed all three dimensions. Choose your second surgeon very wisely based on extensive experience.
