I am 25y/o female interested in eyelid surgery to treat uneven and excessive skin on eyelid by I am not sure which procedure is needed for my case.

For make more fresh, young looking I suggest upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty. Answer: "Botox/Xeomin/Dysport/Jeuveau -- side effects, heavy forehead, excessive eye brow lifting/spock brow, ptosis, droopy eyelids " I suggest following up with your physician. If you have existing ptosis, neuromodulators (such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and Jeuveau) could potentially worsen your condition. Regardless, the effects of these products will diminish in 6 to 12 months, so it should all resolve in time. Best, Dr. Emer.
