I’ve had tear troughs all my life and would really like a permanent solution. They make me look tired and because of the placement make my nose look bad when it actually isn’t ( because of this I used to consider getting an ethnic rhinoplasty). I’ve read that orbital implants are a permanent solution as filler isn’t recommended due to the location and fat grafts might not take. Do you agree or is there another permanent fix? I really want a smooth youthful under eye. I’m UK based
