Your photos do not suggest disfiguring prominence of your eyes. Yes there are enterprising surgeons out there offering "cosmetic" orbital decompression. The risk of permanently loosing vision in the eye from an orbital decompression is not well researched but is likely to be appropriately 1 in 1500 cases. Compared with cosmetic eyelid surgery which has a risk of permanent vision loss of appropriately 1 in 50,000 surgeries, the increased risk of vision loss for orbital decompression is significant. For this reason, there should be a very good reason to propose and perform orbital decompression. Beyond this, there are a cascade of complications that occur to some following orbital decompression that makes it far from an ideal cosmetic surgery. Don't talk yourself into something you do not need. The world we live in, you will find someone who will offer you this surgery simply because you are asking for it. In studying your photos, you primarily appear to have upper eyelid ptosis with a loss of the upper eyelid crease and a compensatory eyebrow elevation. In my opinion you should have a careful assessment for this issue. There is no substitute for a detailed in person assessment.
