Thank you for your pictures and questions. In general this part of the anatomy appears overall normal. However, there might be some treatments you could attempt to soften the appearance. Neuromodulators (Botox) can help soften the muscle activity in this area and also laser treatments might also help.

Thank you for your question! That is simply a function of your cheeks and facial structure. In my opinion, it does not make the lower lids look baggy or wrinkly. I would be cautious of doing anything to try and correct this. Good luck!
