An examination of you would be helpful to determine how much excess skin you may have below your eyes. It is possible that there is not enough loose skin to safely remove more after your first lower eyelid pinch procedure. Sometimes, laser resurfacing can be done over the lower eyelid area to produce more tightening. This may be a safer option for you than removing more skin.

I would recommend that you give this time. Lower eyelids can take at least 2 months, and sometimes 6 months or even longer to completely normalize. The mild swelling in the tissue makes the skin wrinkle more than it would when the swelling is gone. Also, your incisions look like they are exactly where they should be and once they completely heal, they will not be very noticable.
