Can a lower eye skin pinch be revised and how soon after a procedure? (Photo)

Almost four weeks after a lower eye pinch & no difference, The pictures also show an eye's incision is way off, and now I have a noticeable scar. How soon after can a revision be done, or can this be fixed since the scar tissue is 2-3 mm below the appropriate area? The surgeon suggested I only needed a pinch because I only had loose skin. Help !

Both rhinoplasty and lower blepharoplasty can be done at the same time for a healthy individual. Results are certainly surgeon dependent, so it's important to do your research in finding an facial plastic surgeon who is experienced with both procedures. Good luck! @drdonyoo
