Can you perform incisional double eyelid surgery without removing skin? (Photos)

I got double eyelid and ptosis surgery in Korea. They told me I didn’t have excess skin, so they would only do incisions, no cutting. Is this possible for incisional? I liked my eyes better during post op, they looked bigger and more visual. Do my eyes look okay? By looking at my 9 month healing do you see any excess skin to cut? Or should I just accept my outcome?

More photos illustrating your eyelid height and contour would be helpful. It appears you may have a small amount of left upper eyelid ptosis (droopiness). Further evaluation is needed.
