Hello, I’d like some advise on what procedure I have to do to fix my eyes. I am pretty sure droopy eyelids are in my family as my mum suffers with the same. I’m only 34 so do I seriously already need an eyelid surgery? My eyes always feel heavy and I’m now getting forehead wrinkles too because I feel like I’m always trying to lift my lids / brows. I am in London, UK so any recommendations on a doctor to see about this and any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

More photos illustrating your eyelid height and contour would be helpful. It appears you may have a small amount of left upper eyelid ptosis (droopiness). Further evaluation is needed.
I see many patients who have this same concern. The anatomy of your eyelid skin, fat, and levator can change over time. The levator is somewhat attached to the eyelid skin to make that crease. It's not a super strong crease or "double eyelid," but it looks nice and natural.
