Although an in-person exam would be necessary to provide a definitive answer, based on the photo you have provided it does appear you would be a suitable candidate for upper blepharoplasty to create a more symmetric crease. During the surgery a small amount of fat will be removed, and your crease will be formed and set at a bit higher. More photos illustrating your eyelid height and contour would be helpful. It appears you may have a small amount of left upper eyelid ptosis (droopiness). Further evaluation is needed.
I see many patients who have this same concern. The anatomy of your eyelid skin, fat, and levator can change over time. The levator is somewhat attached to the eyelid skin to make that crease. It's not a super strong crease or "double eyelid," but it looks nice and natural.
You had a nice result from your blepharoplasty. However, you are left with prominent lower lid skin, too much to be addressed with CO2 resurfacing. A lower eyelid skin pinch with no muscle removal would give you a spectacular result.
