Hello. I am 44 years old and had upper and lower Blepharoplasty surgery approximately 3 months ago. No fat taken from upper lids.. love the results! But, some fat and skin taken from lower lids leaving them with deep wrinkles, most obvious when I smile. What is recommended? 1st 2 pics are before, 2nd 2 pics are after.. CO2 laser was also performed on lower eyelids during my Blepharoplasty. Also, under my right eye has a dark circle. The surgeon believes it to be hyperpigmentation. Appears to be dark from hollowness to me… I am applying hydrocortisone 2% to the under eyes, hoping it helps. My MAIN concern is still the wrinkles when smiling.
