Very asymmetrical eyes, wanting to have open symmetrical as possible eyes, where I don’t have to constantly raise my eyebrows for me to not look tired.

I see many patients who have this same concern. The anatomy of your eyelid skin, fat, and levator can change over time. The levator is somewhat attached to the eyelid skin to make that crease. It's not a super strong crease or "double eyelid," but it looks nice and natural.
You had a nice result from your blepharoplasty. However, you are left with prominent lower lid skin, too much to be addressed with CO2 resurfacing. A lower eyelid skin pinch with no muscle removal would give you a spectacular result.
