Hi so i had even lips but a long philtrum. i had a lip lift surgery and the doctor did it crooked. he also didn't make it as shortened as i wanted it. i tried botox lip lift, but still uneven. would filler fix this temporarily till i can take a trip to mexico? Or is a revision surgery the only solution? my entire smile is crooked now looks like i have cerebral palsy when i smile because only half my smile raises now

It’s impossible to tell based on your picture as you are smiling and smiling lifts the upper lip. More pictures would be needed to assess your lips.
