I have heard that leaving in poorly placed filler can cause scar tissue. I have also read that having filler dissolved can result in the loss of naturally occurring tissue. I am dealing with migration and overfilling. The Real Self rating for dissolving is so low. What is the better choice, waiting or dissolving?

Thank you for sharing your questions and posting your photos. I’ve been able to dissolve fillers 5 years out from its placement. If you truly have filler in your cheek it should not be a problem to dissolve with hyaluronidase.

The horizontal line is clearly visible, It would be very helpful to repeat the photo with only frontal illumination to eliminate any shadowing in the area.
