Why won't hylenex dissolve my Juvederm & Belotero filler?

I had Juvederm xl injected over 6 months ago, had what I thought was most of it dissolved, and then Belotero injected into my temples to lift up nasolabial folds. About 3 weeks later I had Morpheus 8 done on my face and the filler seemed to migrate all over my face. I was puffy for weeks and nothing could alleviate it. I have paid for over 2300 worth of hylanex and it's not dissolving. What can i do?

Hi @Exciting758! It appears that you may have migration and asymmetry. It is a personal choice if you want to wait or you can go back to your practitioner and dissolve the product with Hylenex. Best of luck to you!

I am not sure where you got your information, but there are 2 glaring misconceptions in your question. First, there is no way to prevent hyaluronidase from affecting your native hyaluronic acid. However, that effect merely allows the product to spread further by lysing the structure holding...

Under eye puffiness following filler can be due to the filler hydrating or the filler can block lymphatic channels.
