In 2016, I got 2 syringes of Juvederm for my moderate undereye (caused by scanty swimming goggles). The volume hasn't decreased much since but it has moved, and a weird dimple was formed, my cheeks look completely flat w/ occasional cheek & undereye lumps, opposing to the illusion of some browbone the hollows gave. An ultrasound technician couldn't find anything, so I'm pretty sure a capsule has been formed. Can it be dissolved? Surgically removed? Wish to rid of it entirely.

The horizontal line is clearly visible, It would be very helpful to repeat the photo with only frontal illumination to eliminate any shadowing in the area.
I use three different titrations for most treatments of Hylenex. I would suggest trying another technique to help reduce the swelling from the migrated filler.

Hi @Exciting758! It appears that you may have migration and asymmetry. It is a personal choice if you want to wait or you can go back to your practitioner and dissolve the product with Hylenex. Best of luck to you!
